I'm looking for a room to rent starting March 18, preferably close to the CBD or in a nice suburb with easy access to essentials—a grocery store and a gym are a must! My maximum budget is $350 AUD per week.
A little about me:
I’m 26 years old, a backpacker who has traveled nearly half the world (or at least a solid 30% if you’re as precise as a math professor). I’m a non-smoker, don’t party, and in Estonia, some friends call me a bit of a "kuivik"—which basically means a chill, quiet guy who enjoys a calm lifestyle.
I love staying active—mainly basketball, yoga, and the gym, but honestly, if it involves a ball, count me in! I also love to cook, so having a kitchen (shared or private) is a must. AC in the bedroom would be a bonus but isn’t a dealbreaker.
On the fun side, I could teach you how to beatbox or even show you a few stretches to relieve back pain. I speak good English and poor French, but hey, at least I can hold a conversation! And if you ever need extra security on the streets, I can fake a Russian accent pretty convincingly.
