Loved the listing you've put up.I have recently completed my Design course (I'm an interior designer) from ECU,Perth and looking to rent out a place.I'm currently on a vacation in Sydney and planning to move to Perth asap.
About me:
I'm from Bombay, India (the best part of the country).I came to Perth in 2022, lived at Campus Perth, a student accomodation for 18 months or so (I've got a reference I can share) and after that I was staying with Alex a high school teacher in West Perth (I've developed a great relationship with him and can get you a reference as well). Like I said I am an Interior Designer,so I'm a bit particular about keeping things clean and organised.I love watching sports. I'm an introvert person(this has made me respectful and empathetic)so I'm very selective on the company I socialise with. I'm very accommodating and flexible,but when I'm low I do like my own space to get back on track.I've been lucky to find great accommodations so far & looking to continue the streak.
