Someone who is clean, tidy, respectful. Social but also respects privacy and quiet times. Manners and sensitivity. Just general good people who are mature and can respectfully share a place peacefully. Common cleaning habits for shared bathroom and other common spaces. Love having dinners and cooking so something social every now and then would be a plus but also not a deal breaker.
