Important personal qualities
For me personally, I value someone who is respectful of boundaries, whether that’s personal space, quiet time, or shared responsibilities. I also appreciate people who are honest and upfront, comunication is huge for me—if there’s an issue, I’d rather talk about it openly. A bit of a sense of humor and warmth goes a long way, too. I’m always up for a chat and meeting new people, but as long as you’re polite, we’ll be just fine.
