Hey :-) I am looking for a furnished room within 5 - 20km of Brisbane CBD for a share arrangement.

I prefer sharing with clean happy legends with a chilled / positive vibe. I grew up in Yamba, a small beach town an hour and a bit south of Byron. Just moved to Brizzy for work . I work pretty long hours so will be sleeping a lot and either at work, the gym / or seeing mates.

Currently work in construction so leave 5am ish for work and back around 4pm. Quiet nights during the week as I am normally shagged from work.

Also I will be going overseas for 2-4 months (maybe more) in 2025 so you will have rent paid with no flatmate as I set up an online business in a few countries. Having fun learning Spanish also and love different languages and cultures.

I eat very healthily and value fitness and people who take care of themselves mentally and physically. Abundance mindset is a thing I live my life by and focus on what is possible.... not focusing on limitations.

I tend to prefer hanging around people with a spark and some intellect plus banter skills.... those doing the 9 - 5pm without any direction in life hanging for friday arvo beers don't really inspire me.... People with a passion for life who take action are my crew. Zero interest in sharing with smokers or druggies.

Probably share best with people who are "freedom minded" who can think critically and not be easily brainwashed by the media / government around a bunch of "health" issues... those with some critical thinking skills will know what I am referring to.... Karens glued to mainstream TV or their phone lining up for their 3rd or 4th covid (monkeypox or whatever) jab won't make the best match for me - or you.

Am after a happy share home with like minded buddies to grab food with and talk nonsense when we want company - not keen on sharing with people who hide in their rooms playing video games or watching mindless stuff on TV. Also have your own time when you need some chill time.... Its about balance and respect....

Love all animals (dogs and cats) and do some volunteer work when I am not working. Handy in the garden and with plants and removing possums or random wildlife as I do some volunteer wildlife rescue when I can around work hours.

I prefer a clean house but not too crazy or OCD weird......... Just chilled and respectful flatmates with decent banter who can communicate clearly and directly around any issues. Good vibes only with smart considerate legends......
