I’m 65, looking for a home with good, fair minded people. After the floods, I have spent the last twenty months living in Motels with NSW Government assistance.
I am approved for the “Private Rental Subsidy and Rentstart Bondloans” through FACS Housing NSW. A little extra paperwork for Secure and Guaranteed payment.
Prior to that with three males, now 44, 26 and 25 with diverse interests and human problems. I became a Mr Mom and mate to them. Then came the floods. I lost my car, the house was a mess and the lads bailed out. I’m a reader, writer, (Medium, Quora and Wiki) cook, and handyman. I have a background in Advertising, Marketing and Media and have diverse interests. I respect others and like the same in return. Im stuck in between going back to work part/full-time and/or writing content.

Important personal qualities
Respect for others. Their time, space and property. Use something, clean it and put it away where you got it. A shared home means participation, communication and co-operation.
Food sharing and furniture
To start, I would look after myself food wise, until we sort out likes, dislikes and preferences. Keen to share but it has to be fair.
