Reliable, respectful, clean & tidy. Own my home back in Mt Maunganui, NZ. Moved to the Gold Coast 6 mths ago and love it here so I'm planning to stay here permanently now. Would consider short or long term stay at this stage but ideally minimum of 6 mths, preferably 12 mths +.

Important personal qualities
Clean, tidy, respectful, good communicator. Likes to have a chat and socialise out and about as well as at home occasionally with friends but not into partying at home. Few quiet drinks and BBQs etc is great but I don’t want to live in a party house.
Food sharing and furniture
I don’t mind sharing dinner time meals if we eat similar food but am also happy to make my own meals. I currently have only bedroom furniture.
