Hi. I’ve never rented a room before. I will need somewhere to stay between the sale of my dads house, where I lived til he died and still at, until September when his estate is settled and I can move into a place of my own.
I’m 63. Very quiet. Spend most of my time in my room here at dads. I do have a little budgie in a cage who I would like to keep with me if possible.
Waiting for probate on dads will to be granted so I can firm dates. I have my fingers crossed for this week for that.
I don’t smoke, very rarely drink. I think my last one was around 4 months ago.
I am on disability pension.
An honorary secretary at the Nowra RSL Sub branch, which is a charity.
