Hi, I’m a Tasmanian at heart but have enjoyed living in the Illawarra for past 18mths catching up with family, exploring the region, and meeting likeminded people.
My lease is up and am looking at a suitable share house moving forward to save on rising rental costs. I house sat in Mt Kembla for 4mths before renting a 2br unit in Oak Flats which I’ve loved!! I’m heading back to Tassie in Oct to end of Jan to spend a few mths and the festive season with family. I plan to be back in the Illawarra by the end of January 2025 and hoping to secure a share house to return to.
I work remotely (WFH) for an Aged and Disability Company as an Accounts Receivable Officer on a Casual basis. I have been in this role for 3+ years.
I’m single, quiet, respectful, trustworthy and clean.
I own a Harley and enjoy my days off riding and exploring the region. I would prefer somewhere where I could park the bike securely but can arrange storage if not. I also have a car.
My own bathroom/ensuite would be ideal however will consider all options.

Happy to set up desk in my room. I can work with a headset so there’s no distractions to other tenants. I do take external calls from clients (but I’m not a loud speaker) haha
