Hi there, I'm a 44-year-old single female looking for a room to rent. I work part-time 3 days a week during business hours and will be increasing this soon to 4 days per week. I've lived in the the shoalhaven area for 2 years now and love living close enough to the beach to swim everyday and get close to nature.
