Hey guys! :)
My name is Tim and I have been on the coast for 12 and a half years now. I am 41yo and have 3 kids that live with mom in Meridian Plains. I have lived in a few different places on the coast from Alex and Mooloolaba to Birtinya and Wurtulla and Coolum for a bit but looking for anything between Alex to Currimundi is really what I am looking for..
Hobbies include surfing, fishing, long beach runs, biking, lots of gym time.. anything active really. Don't drink at all really but do enjoy the occasional beer for a BBQ or going out to play pool or catch some sports at a pub maybe.
I was a pharmaceutical rep for 6 years before (well.. for most people as well) Covid really messed it up! Haha..
However I am in between jobs and will be able to pick something up with ease. Rent and bills would never ever be an issue either as I am pretty well off with my savings and a govt pension I get monthly from the US from military service.
I can promise I always clean up after myself, respect others, always friendly and willing to help out whenever needed. Clean and tidy and just with all the travelling and house sharing I have done over the years and raising three kids I can promise I am a responsible adult.
The reason I am looking for a place is because the owner of the house I am renting now is going to be doing too big of renovations to allow for tenants to be there and then she is selling.. thats twice in less than 6 months for me now! And 5 times in roughly 4 years! :(
So anyways please please consider just getting in touch and maybe we can meet up and we can get to know each other a bit better.. I would really appreciate it, Cheers!! :)

Just sold most of my furniture.. a side table and chest of drawers I'd like to keep otherwise I have a queen blow up mattress (quite comfy actually!!) but if it turned into something more permanent a bed would be nice or if there's one already provided that would be sweet!
Food sharing no problem..

No pets myself but big animal lover so if there is a pet at the house then bonus!
