55 year old University lecturer needing 2 -6 months accomodation until current work contract expires. Friendly and very open minded, but also very busy with work. Otherwise I spend my time with my dog at the beach. Private and quiet. Respectful of other people's needs. Clean and tidy. Like to surf, swim, ride my bike and run to stay fit. Single and not looking for a relationship. A lot of my spare time is spent caring for my aged parents. Principal requirement is that yard is safe and appropriate for my dog.
