My partner is 28 and is Filipino and also a Piscean! He lives in Cebu but just got a year long holiday VISA to visit that allows 3 month entries at a time.
He is super sweet, a great cook and a little shy and gentle. He is a graphic designer and works full time remotely for a company in Canada. He would like to rent a room with me but we are not sure how many re-entries he will do at this point and he arrives Dec 6th and will stay for a minimum of 3 months at a time.

Important personal qualities
I would enjoy a living situation where everyone is friendly and open to a chat, who cleans up shared spaces after using them and who isn’t afraid to speak up or have an open ear if any issues arise. I am happy to watch tv or movies together but also happy to keep to myself.
Food sharing and furniture
I would prefer to arrange my own food but I’m not opposed to sharing a meal every now and then.
I don’t have any furniture with me as I have moved from Melbourne and everything is in storage. I may consider moving some things up if decide to stay on the Sunshine Coast permanently.
