Hey guys, I'm Tom.
I've recently returned to Australia from living in South America for a while and will be moving to the Sunny Coast early Jan.
I'm big on outdoor activities, keen to get right into my surfing up there (I'm from Victoria and dont live near the coast 🥲), I enjoy rock climbing, working out, hiking, cycling and plenty more.
I like my routines, will get up and workout/stretch in the mornings and generally keep a regular bedtime.
I'm also very tidy and organised around the house and would like to live with people that are the same, more than happy to do my fair share of cleaning, etc. to maintain the place.
I'm not much of a party man (those years are behind me hahaha) but I'll have the odd night out here and there and dont mind a few social beers whenever.
I'll be studying next year but also plan on working as close to full time as I can (I'll only have 8 contact hours per week at uni so shouldnt be too hard) so I likely wont be around during the days very often.
Usually in the evenings I'll be off pursuing some hobby or another and generally when I am at home that will be my 'downtime', generally keep it pretty low key at home.
I'm super easy going and you wont have any problems getting along with me, have lived in sharehouses in many countries around the world so I know what to expect and how to make it work well.
