Hi, I'm a single young guy (49) who was a single parent with 2 children , now adults, who now live interstate. Due to this I sold the large family home and it's just myself and my dog(approx Labrador sized). I am ex navy do very respectful of people's personal space and needs, generally a pretty quiet housemate. I smoke around 4 cigarettes a week, outside. Always happy to do my share of all housework etc. love music, live is always best, but always keen to try new hobbies as well. I can live with just about anyone, so long as they are also respectful and polite to others.

Food sharing and furniture
I prefer to contribute to a shop each week or so for joint share items, cleaning, sugar, milk etc.
Buy your own and also sharing is nice, every free nights take turns to cook up a roast or something for everyone. Well that's my perfect world.

Description of pets
13 year old wolfhound mastiff cross staffy. Similar to a black labrador. Was a properly trained guard dog in his youth, however long since retired and a big marshmallow with those he lives with. Some caution required with younger children, his eyesight and hearing isn't what it was and sudden noises or movements can startle him easily. Otherwise, very protective of his loved ones. I have been offered large sums to leave him with people as we've moved on, I'll pre warn you, I'll never sell one of my children.
