Hello! I am a 39 year old single female with a one year old son. My son is a very quite and easy going bub likely to steal your heart (if you like kids)! I understand that living with children is not for everyone so I wanted to make it clear that we are a package deal. I am a qualified Social Worker who will be returning to work part time after extended maternity leave. Further to that I have a small, clean and quite but energetic and very lovable 1.5 year cavoodle x jack russell named Bonnie who will love your attention but is also my little shadow.
My situation: I am either looking to rent my own property and then find the right tenant or team up beforehand and apply together. My ideal situation would be dual living in order to achieve a balance of privacy and affordability. I have all the necessities to furnish a decent sized home. I will need two rooms as bub is in his own room now.
I enjoy hosting a BBQ from time to time but am otherwise wanting a calm, peaceful and simple environment.
