Hi, I'm 48 and recently back to Sydney after spending some time in country NSW and QLD. I enjoy getting to know different suburbs/areas and have always been ok with undertaking multiple holiday/trips away.
I am on extended leave for the next 9 months (25% wage tho) and so I plan on renting my place and downsizing to a bedroom sharing out in new area(s) that I’ve always liked.

I'm very unlikely to have company over and I wouldn't be doing any parties or loud music. I enjoy my star trek shows and other streaming; I'd be surprised if I was home more than 5 nights a week; as I have friends in the outer parts of Sydney and I often stay over night when visiting for dinner.
I'm not into gardening and probably wouldn't do much shared cooking. Very happy to clean as scheduled or agreed.
