Hey everyone!
Thanks for looking at my profile. I am hoping to find a place in/around Ingleside + that end of the Northern Beaches for myself, and my two older dogs - Harper and Kovu.
Firstly, the dogs are now considered pretty ancient for their age, and while they are both still super healthy and spritely - they do spend 90% of their lives sleeping. All they really need is a tiny bit of grass - and a spot of sun. They sleep in their specific beds every night and neither have had an accident inside or chewed anything up since they were puppies (they are 8 and 9 now).
I work pretty much full-time on my own publishing company from home. I founded it in 2020 and it's been growing steadily ever since. When I'm not working, you can generally find me riding my horse. He will be based in Ingleside so I'm hoping to stay in close proximity.
The rental market is obviously super tough at the moment so I'm also open to teaming up with someone to look at putting in applications as well!
