I'm Jess, a 30 yo professional looking to find an easy going tidy flatmate who enjoys chills and chats after a long day of adulting.
I work in medical education and WFH only a couple of days a week. I'm all about keeping the place neat and tidy and respecting each others needs and space. I'd love to find a like-minded female flatmate so we can feel super happy and comfortable living together.
I'm originally from London but am living in Sydney long term. I have a good bunch of gal pals so am happy to do my own thing but also keen to become good friends with whoever I live with.
I love where I live now but it's a house of 4 and having recently hit 30 I am ready for a smaller household, but not quite ready to go it alone :)
I do have a BF who is super friendly but I really do like keeping my home as a peaceful girl cave and so would rarely have him round (I go to his) and I appreciate similar respect of space from my flatmates <3
I really enjoy trying out new bars and restaurants in Sydney at weekends, and also doing some exploring/hiking in the daytimes or seeing new beaches. Plus anything that involves basking in the Aussie sunshine with or without an aperol ☀️

Important personal qualities
I tend to look for housemates who are like me and work hard play hard, like exploring and getting out and about in the day and socialising in the evenings/weekends. Although I do like to spend a lot of downtime watching a gripping drama or thriller on netflix. I also really value cleanliness and really making a house feel like a home <3
Food sharing and furniture
I'm easy food-wise. Happy to cook together, take it in turns or to just do our own thing. I can't claim to be a great chef, but I'll try! And ALWAYS leave it immaculate when i'm done ✔️
