I am looking for a room in a place to live due to home no longer being an option. I am currently on the disability pension due to multiple spinal surgeries but I am able to look after myself. I just need a place to live while I continue on with my rehabilitations. Most of the physio etc are in the Sutherland Shire but like the East. I used to be a Carpenter and although I can't physically do it anymore, sometime the knowledge can come in handy when living in a place. Save a callout fee of a handyman. Rent will be paid on time and looking for up to a year. I am respectful of people and their possessions and like to keep things clean.
