Hey, I'm Roman, 29 and I work as a Software Developer (in the CBD twice a week).
I'm currently looking for someone to start a new share home with, as I need to move out of my current place but own a lot of essential furniture, like washing machine, fridge, cookware, kitchen appliances and outdoor furniture. I'd consider moving into an established home, however would like to at least keep the washer/dryer and my kitchen things.
Ideally, I'd like to find a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms (so that we don't need to share) somewhere in around the CBD or a few stops on the new metro line.

I've tried living alone and it's not for me, I prefer sharing as I like having movement about the home, and (hopefully) a friend to talk to while cooking or cleaning.
I value an uncluttered space, and prefer lamps over downlighting. I'm usually asleep between midnight and 8am.
I'm into boardgames, and run a weekly boardgames night every Tuesday at my current home, and Ideally would like to continue that. I also enjoy throwing dinner parties and having friends over for movie nights. You would be welcome to join, of course.
