Hey, I'm Verónica! I'm 35 and have been living in the Collaroy area for the past two years, but I feel it's time to move somewhere new—Manly, Queenscliff or Freshwater.
A bit about me: I work as an occupational therapist in a clinic and in the community. I work full-time but over four days (Monday to Thursday). I love lazy Sundays, but I also always have the energy for a good hike or a dance. I’m also a big fan of travelling and camping.
When it comes to sharing, I’m looking for a housemate who also sees home as a place to relax, respecting each other's privacy but also being good mates. I’m up for occasional chats after work (perhaps with a glass of wine!) or a walk. We don’t need to be best friends though :) . I have a few close friends, and I’d love to have the occasional dinner at home with them, and of course, I’m totally open to my housemate doing the same. I’m not looking for a party house, but as a Portuguese, I appreciate a good balance of socializing.
I’m not great at cooking, but I’m amazing at cleaning and organizing—it actually relaxes me! (My sister calls me Marie Kondo, so that says a lot).
I’m looking for a home with nice, easy-going, positive vibes. I don’t have a set moving date, but I’d love to move around April—would be great to be settled in before my 36th birthday on May 5th! 😊
Also, I have a car, so parking is a must unless there’s plenty of easy street parking nearby!
