Require furnished place as I am an international student. I’m often out at meals so I tend to look after myself, though depending on the situation I am open to sharing food occasionally. I love drinking coffee though, perhaps causal conversation over it would be great from time to time.

Since I am a full-time international scholar, O don’t have any furniture or household appliances to share. I prefer to rent a fully furnished place.
