About this person
Hello! My name is Sian, I am 46 and I have a pretty darn good life.
I am a lecturer in Radio and Podcasting for AFTRS and I also work for The Walkley Foundation - both part time positions, but I do work Monday to Friday ( making up a fulltime wage). I have a beautiful, shy, sweet, Greyhound called Lucy and an old gentleman cat called Louie. I am the type of person who enjoys living with social housemates ( when I say social I mean, we might eat dinner together or go out for a nice meal every now and then). I have never been married, nor do I have kids, life just didn't turn out the way I planned and I am ok with that because I feel pretty lucky.
I am educated, I don't smoke, I only drink on special occasions and this year I am working on improving my fitness. I play Volleyball twice a week, walk the doggo everyday and head to the gym.
I don't have a partner, and I am also pretty OK with that because life is pretty good without one ( until I meet the right one).
Later this year I will head home to see my parents in Perth, for Christmas
Generally speaking I am up early during the week and in bed by 9pm. I love people, but also enjoy my quite time. I am looking for some housemates who might be in a similar situation that want to share a home, and not break their banks accounts in the process.
If you might be keen on sharing, please say hello! I would like to find a person to share with or persons to share with. Ideally people in their 40s who have their shit together, and are happy in their lives.

Important personal qualities
Respecting communal space and privacy. Good communication and being open and honest is always important to me.
Food sharing and furniture
I have a bed, a fridge, and a couple of other bits and pieces which help me organize my living space, I don't have a washing machine or dryer.
Description of pets
Lucy is a three year old, small greyhound. She loves the beach, long walks and hugs ( only barks if I haven't taken her for a walk in her time frame), she turns five in January 2025, she likes other dogs and cats. Sleeps most of the day and is a sweet soul.
Louie is a 10 year old rescue cat. He loves chin scratches and FOOD! Lucy and Louie get on well and they are pretty chilled out pets. I love them and spend a lot of time making sure they are happy.
