I work full-time in energy policy and regulation. This is basically a 9-5 office job in the city. I sometimes work from home, usually one day a week at most.
When not at work you will often find me at dance classes or out dancing bachata or salsa. 💃🏻 I also like word puzzles and have dabbled in knitting and baking.
I don’t own a car so any parking space will be all yours.
My partner and I have a routine where he stays at my place one week per month, and vice versa. I would really appreciate if my new housemates could be okay with this.
I’m open to socialising with housemates if we get along but I am also happy if you prefer to do your own thing.

- convenient location for public transport into the city and elsewhere
- somewhere close to the city or in the inner west, no further than Summer Hill/Wolli Creek/Mascot
- a clean and tidy home where everyone respects the shared space and each other’s belongings
- no pets (love cats and dogs but need a break from living with them)
- ideally one or two other housemates (couples are OK)
- only sharing a bathroom with one other person
- no curfews and no bans on having guests over (but I won’t throw any huge loud parties either!)

Food sharing and furniture
Furniture: I have my own bedroom furniture which I’d like to keep. I have a few small things (drawers etc) that we could use for the common areas, but I don’t mind getting rid of those if they’re not needed.
Food: I have no dietary requirements. I generally just look after my own meals. We can share pantry items and staples if that’s ok with you - I am pretty relaxed and will not make a fuss over who used up the olive oil or whatever.
