I’m Sophie, from Bristol UK, 28 years old! I’ve been in Australia for 1 and a half years now and have decided to settle in Sydney for a bit to work and get a bit of money in before hitting up the coast. Currently looking to move out of the current house I’m in due to it being a party house.
I’ve been working 9-5 at in the CBD for the two months. I’ve just been promoted to events coordinator but will have similar full time hours. I need my 8 hours sleep or I look and feel like a zombie so I’ll usually go to bed around 11.
I love yoga, pretty much anything artsy, like galleries, painting, weaving, photography, sketching, basically give me something to create and I love it. I am a big fan of going out for drinks and food, but equally a sucker for a night in with a takeaway and Netflix, not too much of a party person and not too boring either 😅 love to cook and bake, when I have the energy and the time.
If your house has pets I’m very good with that (love animals), and if you’re the type of house that likes to spend time together, I’d love that. I’m pretty social so would ideally like to live with a flat mate or two. I don’t smoke or vape, but I do like a drink or two.
I studied architecture at uni for undergrad and masters so will probably go into that field while I’m here. So probably will have similar hours for that job too! I’ve probably forgotten loads of stuff to add here but it’s always weird talking about yourself in this way!

Important personal qualities
Someone who is kind and understanding, who you feel comfortable around, but can also have the honesty to say when something isn’t right and when you need to tidy up! As well as having the ability to know when to tidy up after themselves.
Id love to live with someone who is sociable but also aware that I need alone time, especially after a long day of work. I love a movie night, and to cook, so flat meals would be great fun!
