I'm a 36-year-old writer and PhD student. I live a pretty quiet life - as you might expect of a writer-student! I enjoy reading, walking, and meeting friends for coffee. I don't have any pets (but I would love to live with one), and I don't smoke/vape. I don't need a carpark, as I don't drive.
Right now, I'm only passively looking for a new place, but I'm hoping to find somewhere by the end of the year. Ideally, I'd like to find a room in a quiet flat, furnished (with a bed and desk), and close to Newtown/Redfern. If you have a good room at a good price, I could move relatively quickly.
