I'm Kate, your future partner-in-crime in this quest for the perfect living space! I'm a 25-year-old young professional, trying to adult without crying too much (spoiler: I'm not succeeding).

I'm here in North Sydney for work because apparently, adulting requires moving around. My hobbies include pretending to be a chef (microwaving counts, right?), dancing in the kitchen when no one's watching, and convincing myself that I'm good at DIY projects (spoiler #2: I'm not).
I'm an accountant, and I bring a laid-back, friendly, organized vibe to any living situation. Outside of work, you'll find me exploring local cafes, practicing yoga, or enjoying a good book.

🏡 Ideal Living Space:
Looking for a cozy-bedroom hideout that screams "home" and whispers "you made it, adult."
& a home where the rent isn't the only thing that's reasonable.

👥 Preferred Flatmates:
I'm hoping to find a flatmate who is friendly, responsible, and clean. It's important to me that we can not only coexist but also enjoy each other's company. I value open communication, mutual respect, and creating a space where everyone feels comfortable and at home.

📅 Lifestyle:
On weekdays, I am trying not to spill coffee on my keyboard. But the weekends are reserved for the three Bs: brunch, books, and beaches. + movie night attempts (still trying to not fall asleep in the first 15 minutes)

💰 Budget:
My budget for rent is 400 $, and I promise to contribute more than just bad puns and the occasional burnt offering from the kitchen.

Move-In timeline:
I am looking to move in around mid-February but can be flexible for the right place.
