Hey I’m Eleni, in my early thirties, and am a graphic designer and artist. I’m usually out of the house 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
I’m a gentle, health-conscious person and in my free time enjoy yoga, riding my bike, time by the ocean, art exhibitions/galleries and hanging out with friends and family.
I am a non-smoker and don’t really drink.
I'm looking to live somewhere where we can form a friendship and share some chats and dinners together here and there, and also respect each others privacy / down-time :)
I have share-house experience, always pay rent on time, and value a calm and tidy living environment.
My tidiness level is high and I clean up after myself especially in communal areas of the home and appreciate the same in return.
I am looking for an unfurnished bedroom that is at least 3x4m as I have a fair amount of art supplies.
I can be sensitive to noise and strong smells so I am looking to live in a household that does not vape/smoke/420, and a location that is on a residential street and has respectful neighbours :)
I usually go to bed before 10/11pm and am up around 7am, so I’m looking for someone with a similar vibe.
Preferred locations:
- A residential street in Clovelly, Bronte, Bondi Junction, Randwick, Coogee.
- If your place is an apartment, top floor is a bonus!
