Andrew here.
I am a quiet and clean 54-year- old male animal lover born and raised in Western Australia who works remotely online, but it's low-key work, so I am supplemented with a pension. Which is a factor in finding the right place where I can keep my expenses to a minimum and save up some money.

I have 2 adult kids in WA and quite a big family over there. I enjoy a good laugh and a good chat. Love a good movie, enjoy music especially in my car and, super interested in Ai and crypto-currencies, so study these daily.

The reason I am staying in NSW is a long story with some medical factors involved, so I have to remain here to engage with the Nepean hospital.
I do not know anybody over here in NSW and plan to return home at some stage.

While here I fell in love with the blue mountains which is where I have been living and exploring, so I don’t want to stray too far away from the lower blue mountains/ Penrith area.

I am currently shopping around for a VAN which I intend to drive around Australia exploring and end up back home in W.A but I have some medical appointments that involve long waiting lists in NSW which keeps me here for at least another 6 months.

Not sure what else to say, so I'll stop talking about myself here and move on to the next questions 😃

I would like to find a flatmate who likes a clean and tidy home, I pride myself on having minimum impact on a place and the people around me in this regard. I always help out with anything if asked and actually apreciate being asked to help out with anything around the home so someone who wont hesitiate to work togwther on any odd jobs around the home and garden is ideal for me .

An animal lover is a bonus too, If you have Pets and a garden that I can get to know and help out with that is great.

I would like to live with someone who is open minded and has a good sense of humour who we can have a laugh at silly things and not get upset about the little slips or mistakes that people make. Who if any tensions were to occur for some reason, can freely discuss and talk about anything with ease before they grow into an issue and doesn’t keep things inside and let them boil over or just let them make them become grumpy.

Somebody who loves nature as well as a good discussion on any topic with an open mind and if there are any differing opinions, it doesn’t worry them.

I do not smoke and prefer a no smoking inside home but if you smoke outside then that is of no concern to me at all.

I dont drink alcohol either but have no problem with anyone drinking just so long as they are happy not to pressure me into having “just one” I can quite happily enjoy the company of others drinking, I just dont enjoy alcohol for myself.

Someone who is friendly and will chat is great but also if you are fine with wuote and your housemate being in their room a lot and not bothered by that is pretty essential to me because I work online as well as have some online courses and study I am doing and I spend a lot of time photo and video editing so a normal day for me is spent at my computer which oftens spans late into the night , I am quite with this so you would hardly kmow i’m there. I need to live with someone that this dorsnt bother them at all who is happy to let me be when I am working.

I do get up regularly and come out for fresh air, a chat or get some exercise, go for a walk and all of that so i do interact people and animals.

atctge same time i need to live with someone that doesnt mind if I go out bushwalking or exploring on my own and it wont makecthem feel as if I am ignoring them on purpose , I just like going for drives and walks to think and plan or provlem solve.

Overal I am seeking a non judgemental relaxed atmoshere with someone I get along with

I prefer to buy all of my own food as I dont have eating routines as such, I eat only when I am actually hungry which is rarely when others want to eat. However I am happy to share the cooking or prepertion of the occasional dinner or lunch together.

I dont have any furniture other than my computer and a small tv I like to watch before I sleep , I’m low maintenence , a minimilist really . But I would apreciate a desk, chair and a bed . Whatever is in the common rooms are find, I have an airfryer and a steamer I use all the time.
Other than that I really only beed some fridge and freezer space.

i have no pets, no partner and wont have any visitors as I am from WA and dont know anybody in NSW
