Important personal qualities
I want to live in a clean and tidy house/flat. I am allergic to dust therefore, I try to dust, sweep, vacuum and mop at least once a week. I hope house mates are also respectful towards house dynamics.
I am new to Sydney so socializing with housemates and their friends sound great to me.

Food sharing and furniture
I always prefer to prep my own meals since I try to have a healthy diet. For now, I think I'd like to do my own groceries but eventually I'd like to cook with housemates from time to time so we can have bonding moments through out dinner or so.
