Hiya 💜My name is Kai Yun - I’m a 24 year old from NZ moving over to Sydney in late Jan/early Feb for a grad job at Commbank! I’m looking for a flat within 30 minutes commute to the cbd as my work is based in darling harbour.
I love to stay active and have fallen trap to the running bug. Always down for a bit of golf and tennis too. Otherwise I also enjoy reading and tending to my houseplants 🌱

I definitely appreciate when everybody in the house respects the space by keeping it tidy and clean. Although I keep busy with many hobbies and love travelling, I also love to yap and talk - it's relaxing for me to enjoy a tea at the end of the day and have a yarn with flatties

Generally I like to meal prep, and love to get involved in flat dinners too if that's a tradition. Not a coffee drinker but I'm always down for a matcha or chai 🍵
