Hello I am Helen and I am looking to rent in Sydney/North Sydney.

I am a British Born Chinese (my mother is from Hong Kong - so can also speak Cantonese).

My budget at the moment is currently 280-300 or 800-1100 per calendar month to include bills and internet.

Pre-requisite: Private bedroom fully furnished with a maximum of 2-3 other people living in the property.
Ideally: Own bathroom/Ensuite (can pay $300 per week), however I am flexible to share a bathroom as long as it's with one other person.

I am generally reserved (like most Chinese people!), however I am also really friendly and kind with a good sense of humour and I tend to be sarcastic when I need to.

Just to let you know that I am a UK homeowner - so I do know how to look after a property and you will often find me cleaning.

As mentioned in my profile of being a homeowner, I have always paid my bills on time (especially with my mortgage).

I am kind and friendly who also likes to clean around the house because I want a nice clean place.
Food sharing and furniture
I have no preference as I am open to try new things in order to break the ice when getting to know someone - especially when I'm going to live with them.
