I am a 38-year-old male, currently employed full-time at Seachange and casual at Jah Bar (both on the beach). As of July 29 I will be starting a film-making course at TAFE, so I will be away Mon-Thurs studying and Fri-Sun working. Really just need a place to lay my head at end end of my long days :) Have just been told by the owner of my current apartment that it will be sold within 90 days (been here 8 years), so I'm looking for new long-term accommodation, preferably moving in before my course starts on July 29th :)
