Someone fun and who is up for going out as a group or having friends over from time to time. Someone that is able to keep at least reasonably clean and contributes to the cleanliness of the house. It is important that we are able to discuss issues rather than letting them boil over so communication is very important.
Food sharing and furniture
Arrange my own food but sometimes come together to pay for a nice shared house meal that we all help cook. No food preferences. Need to have furniture as I'm an exchange student with only clothes and personal items so I have no large belongings.
