I'm a 36 brit that has lived here for 11.5 years. Actually lucky enough to be a triple citizen British/German/Australian.
I've lived on my own for the last 4 years but appreciate the market is crazy so looking for a place with 1 or 2 others.. good size bedroom and ideally with some garage (or similar ) storage
Alot of my friends are in the East so looking there but also interested in Manly as have lived there before.
Spend the weekends out the house at the beach/ mountains / interstate/ friends places
Like to keep my home chilled,tidy and relaxed with balancing thegym and the odd glass of vino in the week and venturing out to socialise. Happy to share the odd meal a bit too.
Ideally looking for a place to call home for the foreseeable future.
I have a few plants, all the kitchen, bathroom, dining contents ans a brand new washing machine too if this helps.
A bit of storage would be a plus for skis etc x

Previously its nice to have 1 or 2 meals a week with house mates but good to not put pressure on it as we all lead busy lives
I have a 2 bedroom flat full of all the essentials .. pots..pans.. kitchen cupboard contents, bathroom, cuhions, blankets etc(just gave away all my big furniture as was no where to store when I moved)
I have a queen bed, 2 hanging rails 2 bedside tables and a mattress and a few rugs for my bed room too
I have skis etc as so like my outdoor sports so would need somewhere with storage

I sadly don't have any as I go away too much But in the last two places I've lived below dogs so adopted them as work from home.
