Hello,

My name is Cloé, and I am currently in Australia on a Working Holiday Visa. I'm looking for a shared flat in near to Mainly. Originally from France, I chose to come to Australia for a unique experience, to discover this beautiful country and to meet new people.

I am a sociable, curious and open-minded person, always ready to share pleasant moments with my flatmates. I have a great passion for cinema, cooking and travelling, which often leads me to explore new cultures and try out new recipes that I love to share.

At the moment, I'm working in two cafes in Manly and Mosman, which allows me to live my Australian experience to the full while meeting some great people. My schedule allows me to juggle my professional responsibilities with my personal passions. I'm looking for a shared flat that would be ideally located to make it easier for me to travel between these two places.

I've lived in shared flats before, and I firmly believe that the key to a good relationship is respect, communication and good organisation. I'm respectful of shared spaces, clean, and keen to create a friendly atmosphere where everyone feels at ease.

Outside of work, I enjoy relaxing with a good movie, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, or exploring local neighbourhoods and markets. I'm available now to move in and would love to find flatmates who share similar values, where friendliness and respect are at the heart of our life together.

Important personal qualities
For me, an ideal shared flat is based on a few essential qualities. First of all, mutual respect is fundamental: respecting shared spaces, the rhythms of life and everyone's needs helps to create a harmonious environment. Open communication is also essential, so that everyone can express their needs and expectations, and resolve minor everyday problems in a calm manner.

Cleanliness is another important quality. A well-maintained living space contributes to everyone's comfort and helps maintain a pleasant atmosphere. I also appreciate the friendly atmosphere, where we can share moments together, while respecting each other's privacy. Whether it's around a meal, an outing or just a chat, creating links is important to me.

Finally, the spirit of sharing and helping each other is one of the values I'm looking for in a shared flat. Knowing that you can count on each other when you need to makes the experience of living in a community richer and more enjoyable.
Food sharing and furniture
When it comes to food, I prefer everyone to have their own provisions, as this allows everyone to manage their dietary needs and tastes simply and independently. However, I do love to cook great dishes from time to time, and it would be a pleasure to share these gourmet moments with you at convivial meals.
