Hiya,
My name is Ben, I’m 23 years old and I’ve come over from the UK.
I just secured a contact extension until March 2026 (minimum) in my office job for an financial advice start up so looking to find a new place to call home from 07/09/2024 onwards when my current tenancy ends (willing to move early for the right place and housemates).
My job will be a 9-5 so I’ll be out early and back in the evening, but I’ll be keen to sign up to a gym and go and work out before cooking and winding down for the evening.
I’m very chilled and respectful, but also very social and I don’t have many friends in Sydney so looking for friends as well as just housemates, so it would be good to move into a house with people of a similar mindset!
I enjoy watching sports, hikes, beach days and of course going for drinks at the weekend.
As I work 9-5 during the week Id rather do viewings at the weekend but also willing to to do weekday evenings after 5pm or late afternoon if required.
