Hi, I'm Nathan, 27 years. I am a musician and research assistant working at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music and have recently completed my PhD at the University of Sydney. Working hours can vary from week to week, with occasional early starts or late hours as required. I also work as a freelance musician and appear on stage with several Sydney-based and interstate orchestras or ensemble. All of my practise is done at work, so no noisy instruments to contend with. I'm occasionally out on some evenings and weekends performing, but when not on stage, I'm chilling out at home, reading books, or catching up with friends.
Important personal qualities
First and foremost being tidy. Being a clear communicator is also a must. My ideal flatmate would be someone that you could have a drink and chat with, as well as cook, and share a meal with together, but one that would also understand when some personal space is needed.
Food sharing and furniture
Performances and rehearsals often happen in the afternoons and evenings so I often arrange my own food. Happy to share food and cook when I am around.
