I'm Arman, a 27 year old Strategy Consultant moving from London to Sydney soon to relocate for work, with visa sponsorship. I graduated a couple of years ago and have been working in London since. I'm really excited to move and would love to be part of a house-share. I'm very social and enjoy coffees, drinks with friends and sports and spend a lot of my weekends playing comp. tennis, running and doing cross-fit. I'm very clean/organised, proactive with chores and general upkeep of a household but also chill so would definitely keep any flat in good condition!
I'm due to relocate from early september onwards so pretty flexible with lease lengths, with anything from 6-12 months depending on the place and flatmates. I'd ideally love to live in a social suburb, in a nice, social flat with space for a desk and amenities and have heard great things about Bondi, Bondi Junction, Bellevue Hill and Coogee but also open to others! Previously, I've really enjoyed living with people who value creating a homely, fun and welcoming environment. I also love living with flatmates who are equally clean/proactive with chores which I aim to do so too
