I’m looking for a room to sublet somewhere in the Eastern Suburbs or inner west (Darlinghurst, Newtown, Bondi, Coogee, Surry Hills, Randwick, Darlinghurst, etc) from February onwards. I’m 23, moving from NZ to Sydney, and looking for a share house. Looking for a place with preferably girls (but open to mixed-gender houses) in their early-late twenties.
A little about me, I work in the fashion industry, out of work I love my morning Pilates, going out for a coffee, walks, having a swim, and a cheeky Aperol every now and again... I’m tidy, responsible, and enjoy spending time with flatmates but also value personal space.

Important personal qualities
I'm a friendy and social, respectful person. Love making new friends, and when it comes to living in a sharehouse, I resect personal space, but also love to interact with my house mates!
Food sharing and furniture
Dont have a preference, I don't mind doing solo meals, or flat meal sharing! Have done both and its worked well. No furnitureas moving from NZ so would be great if the house had a bit, but also happy to buy!
