I'm 32 years old. I'm a friendly, social, relaxed guy who likes to have a laugh and easy to get along with. I am very considerate and respectful of others. Although i am pretty social i do enjoy my privacy. I'm a pretty tidy person and willing to do my share of cleaning/chores or just clean up after myself whatever the arrangement. :) these days i don't go out as much as i used to because of my injury, I'm usually just in my room on my pc.
I'm very respectful to everyone as long as you show me the same respect. I consider myself to be pretty quiet although i have picked up gaming again so i can sometimes loud in intense online games, But i don't play those type of games late at night on weekdays. But i may occasionally weekend nights, so i would prefer a household that would have no problems with that. On that note i would prefer to be in a place with a fast internet connection. If none is avaliable i will be willing to negotiate and pay for a good internet connection.
I'm just seeing whats available for my situation. I'm no longer working and don't think i will be for another year since i have a bad acl and meniscus injury. Which i will be going on a waiting list for the surgery which will be in about a year. I'm also considering studying something in the meantime online. I'm in no rush or need to move out of my current residence just seeing if there is any better offers around.

Important personal qualities
Being respectful is the biggest one for me. You can have super different personalities or difference of opinions but as long as you are respectful to each other, You can easily get along with anyone in my opinion. Cleanliness - at the very least i hope they clean up after themselves after using the kitchen. Other notable qualities are good communication, reliability and Consideration for others (but that does falls under respect).

I prefer to have my own foods but i'm usually down to share something if people ask. Neither vegetarian of vegan. I have no living room furniture.
