I really appreciate a tidy home. I'm considerate of other people's space and have always lived with housemates so understand how to share a home. I have family in Sydney and have visited before so won't be my first time! Like most people these days I'll be working from home part time and part time in the city, so ideally there will be desk space somewhere in the property or the room itself.
Very happy living with a dog but unfortunately I'm allergic to cats.
