I’m (34) looking for a leaseholder/roommate located in the Inner West suburbs or surrounding.
I’m looking to move by October.
My budget is $350/400 p/w (excluding bills), I recently split with my partner and have lots of plants and a lot of kitchen equipment/ appliances. So a balcony is a must and storage space is preferred.
I’m a chef, currently working as a chocolatier and have been in my role for over a year now.
I work on Saturdays so I‘ll need to be strategic with what weekends I have off. I can definitely do inspections on Sunday and or Monday.
I’m not looking to sublet at this rate unless the property manager is willing to vouch for me when the lease ends. No private landlords please.

A little more about me: cleanliness in shared spaces is extremely important to me and I’m happy for us to occasionally get a cleaner to help us stay on top of chores if the space calls for it.
