Hi, I'm Matt. 36yo newly-single guy returning to Sydney after living in London for five years. Wanting to move into a share house because I'm recently divorced and I have come to enjoy sharing a house.
I don't drink, smoke/vape, or do anything like that, but I have no problem with others drinking or vaping around me either. Love animals and have no allergies (pet or food), so I don't mind (read: would love) sharing a home with a pet as I have just had to leave my two furchildren with my ex in the UK.
I'm self-employed and the majority of my days will be spent rebuilding my business from scratch over the next six months. So I'm pretty quiet during the day, and I try to get out of the house to see friends as many evenings as possible.
I love board games, or any games, really, so I will always be up for that (even if I reallllly should be doing more important things). And if it's a musical household, I can harmonise, play ukulele, and chord-bash on piano and guitar.

Important personal qualities
Considerate of common spaces, quiet when I'm by myself but sociable when around others. I love gardening if there is one. I like to cook in big batches so I don't hog the kitchen every night and I tend to only cook healthy food.
Food sharing and furniture
I have no furniture. I'm not vegetarian but I don't tend to eat a lot of meat generally, so I could easily like in a vegetarian household. I do rely on eggs, cheese, yoghurt/skyr and whey for protein though, so I wouldn't do well in a vegan household.
