Hey, I’m Luke! I’m originally from the UK and have just started a new job that’s mostly based from Sydney. My work will involve frequent travel around Australia and the Pacific, meaning I’ll be away for a week or so at a time. I won’t have a fixed office, so while a desk in the room would be handy, but I anticipate I’ll mostly be working from co-working spaces.
I’m on a working-holiday visa, so I’ll need to move on after 6 months so expect to be in Sydney until Easter, before returning around this time next year.

I like a place to feel like home, and I think that comes down to having a good rapport with the people I live with. I’d love to share a space with someone I can chat with about our day, but who also understands when we both need some alone time. Simply put, I don’t enjoy living in a cold, disconnected household. I’m really easygoing and feel that’s important in a flatmate as well, but I also value someone who’s clean, tidy, and considerate of shared spaces and routines.
