I’m Karan, a 39-year-old senior project manager. I recently got my permanent residency and will be moving to Sydney on December 2nd.
I’m looking for a shared place until January 12th, with a budget of $350-$400 per week, including utilities.
Since I’m not in Australia yet, I’ll need a place I can move into directly from the airport. I can’t do inspections, but I have a friend in West Sydney who can check the place if required. For the first week, I’ll pay cash until I set up my bank account; after that, I can do direct debit or PayID—totally flexible.
