My name is Sara Rocio (I like to be called Chio, which is short for Rocio), and I am Peruvian, married, and an architect by profession. Currently, my husband (Antonio León, who is an industrial engineer by profession) and we are living in Sydney for a while. Both of us work, and we love to travel, learn about new cultures, and experience different ways of life. We especially enjoy trying new flavors in food and are very friendly and helpful people.

I believe we are the ideal tenants for several reasons:

Financial Stability: Both my husband and I have stable jobs, which allows us to ensure timely and consistent payment of rent.

Responsibility and Home Care: As an architect, I have a deep respect and appreciation for well-designed and maintained spaces. We are committed to taking care of the property as if it were our own, keeping it in excellent condition.

Cultural and Culinary Interests: Our passion for traveling and discovering new cultures has taught us to adapt easily to different environments and to respect local customs. Additionally, our love for gastronomy makes us friendly and social neighbors, always willing to share a good meal and new experiences.
