I am a mature-age student studying online, so I am looking for a place to set up and keep learning. I'm also new to SE QLD... having lived in Sydney for over 35 years and the past year in rural QLD with my family. I am not into partying, nor loud environments. I'm looking for a place to be able to explore my new life. I am 48, so not interested in sharing with more than one other. Trying to keep costs down as student life means I am self-funded. I do have a small part-time job as an entertainment publicist - which, aside from working the odd gig, is also done as a remote work sitch.

I'm looking for a great flatmate who loves a yarn but knows how to have their own space. I work hard at my study, so I'm looking for a quiet space. I love music, and I cook to relax. I have not dated for ages, and I would prefer a place that isn't a thoroughfare of constant trade. Lol.
Food sharing and furniture
I love to cook, it relaxes me, happy to make a meal, but i dont want to be a live in chef. lol
