I consider myself a pretty easy-going, social, motivated, and respectful guy. I have lived by myself and had flatmates, so I'm well house-trained.
I enjoy having a laugh with a flatmate, watching a movie, or having a glass of wine together - but I also enjoy doing my own thing. I have a good group of long-term friends, so I generally have a pretty active social life.
During the week I am busy with work, then trying to fit in the gym and a couple of pub dinners with mates. On a typical weekend you’ll find me catching up with mates, at the beach, gym, or the pub.

I can't cook to save my life, so I usually sort my own meals if I’m at home.
However, I'm very relaxed with shared expenses like cleaning products, milk, internet, streaming services, etc. Happy to chip in for a cleaner, if you get one.
In terms of furniture. If it’s easiest, I am happy to leave most of my stuff in storage. However, I previously had a fully furnished two-bedroom unit (I just sold my lounge and fridge). Depending on the need and the timeframe, I’d be happy to contribute anything needed.

Description of pets
Hunter is a 6-year-old French Bulldog (photo attached).
He is well house-trained and doesn't bark (or very seldomly). A very affectionate, chilled little guy – if you like dogs, you will love him.
He typically tags along with me socially 90% of the time. During the week, I keep my office hours to a minimum, so he’s not left alone for long periods.
